The Wheeling chapter of the National Society Daughters of the American Revolution has a special reason to celebrate Constitution Week this year because a chapter member, Wheeling artist Anne Hazlett Foreman, has designed the winning national poster for the observance.
Constitution Week begins Wednesday and continues through Sept. 23. Each year, the DAR conducts a national poster contest for the occasion.
Also on Wednesday, U.S. Senate historian Richard Baker will speak at Wheeling Jesuit University on 'The U.S. Constitution and The World's Greatest Deliberative Body.' WJU's third annual Constitution Day program begins at 10 a.m
